Today was a day where I finally found the time to play poker for 3 consecutive hours. After getting sucked out HORRIBLY at a freeroll tourney, I decided to take a shot at the 5c/10c tables. The reason behind this is that bankroll management at stakes so small will protect you from downswings, however it will limit your progress heavily since going for 5/10 you should be at least at 50$ and it would take forever grinding it out at the micro stakes. Thus I took half of my bankroll (3$) and played one table shortstack - to say the least it went exceptionally well and I managed to leave the table with around 14$! I'm fully aware that with only one bad beat I could've halfed my bankroll. Since I want to get the max out of this in a year though, time is a big factor so the risk I took is justified I think. I will continue to take a shot once or twice per week until I reach 50$ and continue with a normal, more conservative bankroll management.
Total winnings today:
Cash tables: 9.96$
